At Homelx, we strive to provide quality products and accurate product information. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return or Refund Policy

All sales made through Homelx are considered final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products that are no longer wanted after delivery

Please review all product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery,

  • Defective upon arrival, or

  • Different from the item you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your request and, where required by applicable law or where appropriate, work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Supporting photos or videos may be requested to help us assess the issue.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order without a valid reason, Homelx reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from that customer.
